AboutVintage Neighborhood is a well-planned approach to a traditional neighborhood and reminiscent of homes/communities built in the first half of the 20th century. All Vintage Neighborhood's single family bungalows and duplex condos are constructed exclusively by Hometown Building Inc. reminiscent of the early 20th century. Headquartered in Plymouth, Lee Gentine and Matthew Jones are co-owners. Lee GentineA Plymouth native, Lee Gentine spent 23 years in various sales and marketing activities with Sargento Foods Inc., including President of its Consumer Products Division. Lee left his position to help manage his family's real estate interests including the development of The Osthoff Resort and Osthoff Greens condominiums. Matthew JonesA Milwaukee native and Plymouth resident, Matt co-owns Hometown Building Supply Inc. with Robert Heckel. Specializing in residential and commercial building, Hometown has a reputation for high quality construction and outstanding service. Their completed projects include many exceptional homes in the area, The Osthoff Greens in Elkhart Lake, the new Sun Graphics building on Eastern Avenue, and the Dr. James Nass DDS dental building on North Milwaukee Street.
